Technology demonstrations
Technology Demonstrations, documented honestly.
Synvantaraa is a new brand, so we publish demonstration work rather than client stories. Genuine client case studies — with named outcomes and testimonials — will be added only once real projects are complete and the client has approved publication.
Demonstration work
How we document a project.
Every case study, demonstration or client, follows the same structure: challenge, approach, solution, technology and business outcome.
Operational reporting pack, automated end to end
- Challenge
- A weekly management pack assembled by hand from several exports, taking most of a working day and differing slightly each time.
- Approach
- Mapped every input, agreed the definitive metric definitions, then rebuilt the pack as a repeatable pipeline with a dashboard layer.
- Solution
- Scheduled data preparation in Python, a modelled reporting layer in SQL, and a Power BI dashboard replacing the static document.
- Business outcome
- Preparation time reduced to a scheduled run, with consistent definitions and figures that can be reproduced on request.
Technology
- Python
- SQL
- Power BI
- Scheduled jobs

Internal tool replacing a shared spreadsheet workflow
- Challenge
- A multi-step operational process tracked in a shared spreadsheet, with version conflicts and no reliable audit trail.
- Approach
- Modelled the process as it genuinely runs, kept the interface deliberately narrow, and migrated historical records.
- Solution
- A small internal web application over a relational database, with role-based access and exportable reporting.
- Business outcome
- A single source of record, a clear history of changes, and reporting available without manual consolidation.
Technology
- PostgreSQL
- APIs
- Modern web stack
- Docker
